The end of our commercial relations may correspond to the expiry of a guarantee period for a piece of jewelery that you have purchased from us or the last positive act on your part: catalog request, click in an email, connection to your customer area (…).

After this three-year period, your personal data will be deleted, unless you want us to keep your data. As long as our commercial relationship continues, we will continue to store and make your personal data available to you, unless you request otherwise.

Cookies have a validity period of 13 months.

Some data is kept longer due to a legal obligation or to prove the existence of a right or a contract. Invoicing data and supporting documents are kept for ten years from the end of the accounting year for interim archiving, i.e. they are subject to storage conditions, consultation and restricted use.

The policy book which provides information on the transactions carried out as part of our precious metals buyback activity is kept for six years after the end of the financial year.
